Cast a spell just before you right click the chair, and everything you can interact with (moving doors, clickable objects etc.) will be unloaded along with NPCs and/or creeps. Video below:
Some cool things you can do:
- Get into SM without Key
- Get into Ironforge or Stormwind without guards
- Be tracked but not seen by your opposing faction
