I use the engineering cloak tinker in the video, but testing shows this is NOT necessesary.
first get a spider in combat. ice trap it. this will keep you in combat allowing you to repeatedly use Disengage.
after that, just follow the video!
i put it in exploration because its kind of Exploration-ish.
As another good tip, you can make the following macro
#showtooltip
/cast !Eagle Eye
with this you can Eagle eye from an eagle eye location, and check the OTHER rarespawns every few minuites! i just found Skarr for a guildmate of mine, without leaving deth'tilac's spawn point!
