Reduce Lag in LFR (Especially Elegon)

This is a little trick I learned to help some of my guildies who experience Lag on Elegon. Very easy, but you will find it hard to believe.

Go into your system settings and look for the setting "Shadow Quality" Turn this up to High or Ultra.
Yes, I said TURN IT UP, not down. You will see a huge change in your FPS. People that are running 1-5 FPS run 20-25 with this simple change.

This also works in 10m and 25m regular and Herioc Difficulties.
