Back when my brother started playing he wanted the name dragon (we where both young) and he didnt notice until like lvl 50 that his name was instead drgon. His guíldmates all called him dr. gon.
It was a completely different game, but a friend and I were once leveling toons together and I made my name NotJoey; to be cute he tried to name himself NotChris. However, he still hadn't even noticed after we hit the level cap that he had misspelled his own fucking name, and was playing as NotChis the whole time. I didn't have the heart to tell him.
