Keep BlizzStore Transmog Helmets After They disappear

So yesterday, I bought the new transmog helmets that were added by Bli$ to their store of this guy named "asasqwq", seems legit right? I used the helmet, while I had it to transmog my head slot item. Today the item disappeared, but my head slot helmet still remains transmogged as if I had that item.

Try that yourself. There's plenty of people "selling" the helmets, "trustworthy scammers" giving codes first if you know what I mean.
