Download the beta battle.net launcher app. (Dont have this open til its required)
When you log in for the first time it will offer you 50% off or 75%. If it offers 50% don't log in your toon just log out and try again later. When you get the 75% offer accept it, it will load battle.net page up. Make sure you are not logged in before doing so, it will ask you to log in. Open the new bnet beta launcher and go to account management. Refresh the other page & it will ask you for a payment method. Select paypal, fill out all your info & pay.
Boom, all expansions except MoP for only $5.
