Pandas start on a neutral island turtle and pick their faction after they finish the chain quest and pick a faction to join which is at around 16ish This guy stayed on the island and leveled via herbalism to 80. Which is a lot of herb.
When he encroaches the big 9-0 i bet the server gets flooded. So people can be part of the ground breaking moment, but I think it'll be a close race to hit 90 before 100 is out, since the exp needed up to 85 has been substancially nerfed, but 85-90 is still insanely high. he likely is only halfway/maybe even less there and has been doing this for a "long" time...
