Here's my Enhancement Shaman set with a storm theme. I would use 'The Decapitator' from Prince Malchezaar if you don't like fist weapons.
A few items are from quests in The Jade Forest zone and I recently boosted my shaman to 90 and was able to collect them but you have to do the quests from the breadtrail that starts from the beginning of the zone. Good luck & thanks!
