In patch 6.0, a new npc was added to the Mage Quarter in Stormwind.
He's an archmage, teaching spells to young mages.
He is named after the game engineer Ron Nakada, who passed away earlier this year from colon cancer.
If you talk to him, you get this option.
He turned me into a crawling claw, however other transforms such as wyrmlings and sprite darter hatchlings are also possible.
After volunteering you get a debuff, preventing you from doing it again within 30 minutes.
