Go to the actual Ashran entrance at your capital city. Run in, and at the top it will show the score of the current match and queue you.
If your side is losing you run back out of Ashran into your capital city again, leave queue. Rinse and repeat.
Since every time you enter Ashran raw from your capital city to enter the queue it puts you in a different instance.
So you just wait until you enter an instance in which it queues you when your faction is winning.
