Just a little ''Godmode'' Trick! This only works for horde though.... Sorry alliance.
To make the work, you need to bring down exarch Yrel to 50% or below (BUT DONT KILL HER).
As soon as she hits the 50% mark she will grant you a buff which increases your multistrike for 100%, and your haste 200% and reduces the costs of all your spells by 100%

She will renew the buff every 10 seconds (you get the buff and 600k-1,2 mio instantheal)
