Vehicle Quest Leveling (Fast)

  1. Accept quest "Justice Rains from Above" in Highmountain (Justice Rains from Above )
  2. Do quest (bomb the quest mobs)
  3. Just before you complete the quest, abandon it.
  4. Pick up quest again
  5.  Repeat

The mobs give exp as you one hit them with the eagle. Basically a grinding method to 110, but with the vehicle doing all the dirty work.
