So I just happened upon this, not sure if it has been shared with the community yet or not..
Anyway, you are able to need on greens in high end dungeons and raids and they wont become soulbound to you as long as your inventory is full.
If you have a full inventory, and don't pick up the item, the "Postmaster" will mail the items to you in your mail box, as items that were "found in the twisting nether" and they will still be bind on equip. So you can need on greens on a character that isn't an enchanter, and send those items to your enchanter after you pick them up out of your mailbox
