As a druid when you hit level 14 there's a quest to get your cure poison ability.
Quest - Curing the Sick ( Alliance druid quest, for curse poison )
When you are about to cure a gazelle; use Entangling roots then use the Curative Animal Salve. The gazelle will be cured making the quest thing show:
Sickly Gazelle Cured: 1/10
Wait a few seconds and the gazelle that you have cured will die causing it to be:
Sickly Gazelle Cured: 2/10
Saving you half the time and causing you to only find 5 gazelle instead of 10.
