Requirements:
- Ring of Valor arena
- Priest (that can Levitate, aka reagents or glyph)
Now what you do is when the arena is about to go up stand on top of the metal wheel-like thing that is facing the pillar closest to you. Once on top of it, cast Levitate and don't move. When the platform starts to move up it will go trough you and you will remain below it, but as soon as it reaches the top you will be teleported up and entered in combat.
Now the first use of this that comes to mind is avoiding Sap which is a major advantage, though I'm sure there's a lot more that can be done.
I've been reluctant to share this in fear of it being nerfed, but have since then learned to rely on it less and less so what the heck..
P.S. If you are stealthed this removes you from stealth! Rogues/Feral Druids beware!
Here is a screen of the positioning...for proof I believe it's quite easy to enter a skirmish and see for yourselves
