Embersilk Cloth Farming + 480k XP/hr
Schnottz's Landing on the far west side of Uldum (shown in the pic) has several mobs that are marked as hostile, but do not aggro and aren't very strong at all. At level 83 on my Shadow Priest I was getting 480k XP and several stacks of Embersilk Cloth per hour (with Northern Cloth Scavenging). This is the only character I have done testing on in this spot, and I have not done any quests up to Schnottz's Landing on this character either, so if there are any changes relating to quests, please let me know.

Ooh, interesting! I shall have to check that out, can never have too much embersilk as a struggling levelling tailor hehe!
