It's the little pop culture references that make me smile.

It's really cool that Blizzard throws these in. It shows they have a sense of humor about things, that they don't take themselves TOO seriously, and that they are "one of us."

However, there have been so many over the years that it gets immersion-breaking and sometimes, to me, feels a bit like pandering. If it catches me in the wrong mood when I see a new npc scream about taking an arrow in the knee, I just kind of want to flip my desk instead of chuckle.
