To get up there basically its all there in the image link. But stand on that first part and use lock demon jump. Then walk to the center of the tree and jump and use demonic leap again. You should be on the edge of the tree branch. From there just demonic leap again or just jump on top of building. Place your lock teleport thing, and gg!
