World of Warcraft in early pre-alpha

"Play as a HERO from WARCRAFT 3! In 3rd person 3D!! Equip weapons! Use spells! EPIC"! I loved and pretty much only played blizz games when i was young, and when they announced wow, i pretty much lost my shit. every day i scoured the nets for alpha/beta images... when it finally came out, i got to cross "enter and climb a Human scout tower" off my bucket list. i freaking love images like this, brings back so many memories. being a 6th grader, imagining running around as a grunt... wow. great stuff.
