So I decided to take a stroll and found out that you can fish and receive skillpoints without any problems. Since it is a scenario, no fear of getting reported or ganked on PvP-Realms.
While doing The Fate of Karabor (it requires you to drink an elixir and thus enter a solo scenario with Velen) I noticed that at final stage, when it says you should talk to Velen, unlike alot of quests I did before, like the first quests of draenor with Khadgar, you can move freely around.
