Toys Exploit in Rated BG!

I`ve just made some Rated BGs and found out that some of the Toys from the Toy box are working in Rated BGs even if on them its written "not working in rated bg"

For example which ones i`ve tested in Rated Bg:

• Vrykul Drinking Horn - Spell - World of Warcraft
• Sylvanas' Music Box - Item - World of Warcraft
• Angry Beehive - Item - World of Warcraft
• Bubble Wand - Item - World of Warcraft
• Celestial Defender's Medallion - Item - World of Warcraft
• Muradin's Favor - Item - World of Warcraft

These ones i`ve tested myself and they are working!
