About 8 or so Blackfang elites on a very short respawn timer. You can kill 7-10 per minute give or take. With guild banner and trading post rep increase (15% & 20%) you get about 34.5 rep per kill, 37 if you are human. Over an hour that gets you anywhere from 15,000 to 20,000 rep depending on how quickly you are killing things. Not to mention all of the claws.
There is also a rare elite that spawns every 30 minutes that gives you 690 rep.
