- Accept quest "Justice Rains from Above" in Highmountain (Justice Rains from Above )
- Do quest (bomb the quest mobs)
- Just before you complete the quest, abandon it.
- Pick up quest again
- Repeat
The mobs give exp as you one hit them with the eagle. Basically a grinding method to 110, but with the vehicle doing all the dirty work.
