Monk pvp tier 4 exploit

You can take Fortifying Brew and Control the Mists talents at the same time.

Here are the steps to do it:

1. When BG or arena loaded choose Control the Mists
2. Use Effuse 
3. Choose Fortifying Brew when Control the Mists debuff is active
4. Both talents work , but need do it every time BG or arena loaded
