Currently there is problem with the pet Mr. Chilly, which is supposed to be given to everyone, who merged his account with battle.net account. The problem is that a lot of players do not have the pet sent to them, even tho they have the accs merged. The fix is quite simple. Go to battle.net and request a password change, as if you've forgotten your password. Now Change the pass (you will need to know the first and the second name of the account owner + the answer of the secret question).
When you login in game you will have your pet in the mail box
