I've noticed that this is the 2nd expansion trailer in a row that doesn't directly show the end game boss. TBC showed Illidan, WotLK showed the Lich King, Cata showed Deathwing. MoP and WoD however did not show who or what the end game boss will be, and this intrigues me. This is also the first expansion where we don't know who the end boss is before it releases. Even though they didn't show him in a trailer for MoP, Metzen announced that Garrosh would be the final boss at Blizzcon.
Story reveal fell a little flat in my eyes; deep gravelly orc voice talking about pride and war over images of people fighting with very little Alliance shown. Seems very typical and nothing terribly out of the ordinary. However, the features all look awesome and I'm sure they'll reveal more to get me into the story before the xpac is released. Instant level 90s, shiny new character models, and customizable garrison's (which I have no idea what they are but they sound badass, either cool world pvp build your own city defenses or Halfhill 2.0).

Metzen said in his post interview that Garrosh escapes his trial and goes back to stop the original tribes of Draenor from becoming corrupted (so he can unite them and destroy us all). That would be the stupidest story I've ever heard. Garrosh was an okay villain. He's nowhere near worthy of being the villain of TWO expansion, let alone back-to-back. I could see Garrosh going back to try and avoid corruption to make things right. An attempt at redemption, even if it is misguided. But just generic "RAR ME MAD AND WE GUN KILL ALL YOUS" is so fucking boring and lame.
