* i would also suggest dropping the quest as soon as you obtain the vial to prevent you from accidently killing the mobs in question and turing it in*
Upon reaching zangarmarsh you will find that there is a quest that by all means you should not complete.The quest is called " Too many mouths to feed" and it obtained at the alliance town of Telredor. The quest giver upon obtainment of the quest gives you a vial with three charges for 1 hour of water breathing that i use to Farm primal in nagrand.Now when the three charges are exspended simply drop the quest and Pick it up again along with your new vial.
