Thought this video was interesting and I have gotten quite a few greens at this spot myself, so here you go.
They respawn insanely fast, so you will never run out of mobs to kill.
They also drop recipes from around that level, so you could get lucky with a valuable one along with all the transmog gear.
A cave in Southeastern Thousand Needles, has elite mobs there, but also drops hella nice transmog gear! Make Ton of Gold in a short time!!!
