[Monk only] +3k Mastery Buff

As a monk, just do the Daily you got the Experience Buff when you have been leveling.

Now it is a 3k Mastery Buff which doesn't disappear when you die and stays in Raids.

Very Useful  don't know if it's indended... maybe it's an Exploit, but I'm not sure...
