[Hunter] Buff raid 5% spell haste

This is not a cheat, it IS Working as intended, but I found that  "Sporebat"
add 5% spell haste even if there's someone in the raid that add the buff (so that's cumulable)

Tested with a Warlock and SP and they gained 5% spell haste!!!
Casters will have to re-arranged their caps with that buff for a better use of that glitch.

"On my hunter it goes from 8,86% to 14,30%"

Have to know that casters may gain 5% dps almost as healers have to too.
