If you use the following macro for Conversion it will do 2 ticks of Conversion heal every second.
Just mash it.
Runic Power consumption will double and heal will double.
For me Its 10 Runic Power for 2x15k heal as Blood dk, same as my unstacked Death Strike heals me.
