Seems obvious but passing it on after benefiting quite a bit on my alts, since any alt is eligible for Ordos once you have the legendary cloak on one toon.
While Ordos is in combat the gates to the Ordon Sanctuary close and I see people locked out constantly, if you want to tag him just get an invite from any other server via a friend or your own alt and once you are phased to that server you can walk through the gateway. Just leave the group and proceed to tag.
