- Queue up for LFR/Dungeon etc (take note of the average wait time).
- Enter Proving Grounds.
- AFK until average wait time has expired.
- Leave proving grounds.
- Enjoy your queue popping (relatively soon).

Using Proving Grounds to delay your queue pop!
If you're like me and really hate missing your LFR/Heroic Dungeon/Scenario pops when you alt tab or AFK during the crazy long wait periods you can actually avoid missing the queue without a use of a bot/addon.
