Storm Cloud-135% critical strike damage for up to six players for 30 secs

Instructions:

1. Go to Hodir in Ulduar. Free shaman. Get his buff.
2. Take buff somewhere and zap people with lightning. Observe them do lots of damage.

This video is about a buff from Ulduar which allows you to empower up to six people with 135% critical strike damage for 30 seconds. Can be used by all classes, probably everywhere in the game apart from high-level pvp.
