How To Change a Soulbound Item Back to BOE In WOW

So apparently there is a way to make a Soulbound Item that was once Bind on equip, back to a BOE.

I have found out how to change a BOP item in World of Warcraft back to a BOE if you have already equipped it. Most raids make you equip BOE gear immediately so they know you aren't gonna just sell it on the Auction House, now there is a way to combat this if you want. It seems low but if its yours, you can do what you would like to get a more useful item. Now you can sell the item and buy an upgrade on the Auction House.
