Spear of Rethu no Level Requirements

I guess the same was posted here (Spear of Rethu BoA), but I could not read it in time and OP deleted/edited it.

Anyway the Spear of Rethu (Bi-Weekly Archaeology Quest) got hotfixed to Itemlevel 700 and that removed the level requirement.

As for now the Spear has 137 Agi/ 206 Stamina/ 183 Crit on every level, giving 100% Crit Chance till around ~Lv40 and because of the high weapon dps you oneshot everything.
