In Deliverance Point, there's an npc called Warmage Kath'leen, who seels an infinite flask called Repurposed Fel Focuser for 7500 Nethershards, which gives you 750 stamina and 500 of your base stat (Agility, Strenght or Intellect).
The trick is that you can buy the item, use it to get the buff and then sell it back to recover your Nethershards.Useful for questing or to use it before raiding or doing dungeons, if you want to save some gold.
