x3 absorb dmg from legendary neck (dmg maybe too?)

1. Go to Dalaran, The Underbelly
2. Find and talk to Fizzi Liverzapper
3. Complete the quest Experimental Potion: Test Subjects Needed
4. You will gain this buff Experimental Potion
5. Move out to transform, wait for the neck to refresh its buff and now u have x3 absorb dmg!
6. Profit(?)

It stays for 30sec tho

Maybe it works for other things that store(?) ur damage, cause the buff triple your HP and Damage!
