There is a quest in stormsong valley called "Ettin it"
You are supposed to kill giants ( elite ) your lvl +1 above.
You have a quest item (use item) that stuns and take arount 35% of the mobs hp.
using this item, plus your own skills brings it down in around 10 sec. you get on 119 , 3550xp per kill.
After 8 kills, quest is completed, but you can still use the questitem untill quest is turned in.
I leveled 119-120 in 20 minutes here.
