Go to the bridge near Blood Elf tower (south side of the bridge) and go to the east of the bridge just before the big railing thing on the side.
You can jump down to this little sideways ledge. It doesn't look like you can stand on it from the top, but just hop down without your mount and you can sit there, jumping every now and then. Just fall down in the little cliff, you shouldn't fall to death and land safe.
