Okay this is a method i started using yesterday. You will need a noclip hack(like wow infinity) or a telehackI strongly suggest using the side entrance.
Enter the side entrance, turn on superfly and noclip if u use wow infinityThen simply follow the lines that i have drawn, and go kill him. Now he drops a few blues at least every time, i earned 60g in 10 mins from doing this, then instance lockout hit me.
Of course u would want a class that can kill him, but most above level 70 can without any problems.
