Every year, the World of Warcraft (WoW) community eagerly anticipates the return of Brewfest, an in-game holiday inspired by the real-life Oktoberfest celebration in Bavaria. This year, the festivities are even more exciting, with the introduction of new cosmetics, including a saddle for a Dragonriding mount, and a plethora of activities to keep players engaged.

Brewfest: A Tradition of Merriment

Brewfest has always been a time of joy, quests, and rewards in the WoW universe. From toys and pets to mounts and experience buffs, the event offers a range of collectibles that players can add to their inventory. This year's Brewfest, which runs until October 6, promises even more fun and excitement.

New Additions to the Brewfest Collection

Among the new items introduced this year, the Brew Barrel stands out. This toy, available for purchase at 200 Gold, allows players to hop on and ride for a short distance. But the real showstopper is the Brewfest Armor Dragonriding manuscript for the Renewed Proto-Drake. This unique manuscript can be found in the Keg-Shaped Treasure Chest, a special drop from the Coren Direbrew encounter during Brewfest.

However, there's a catch. Only level 70 players can obtain the Keg-Shaped Treasure Chests. Those below the level cap will receive Keg-Shaped Treasure Boxes, which unfortunately do not drop sought-after items like the Great Brewfest Kodo, Swift Brewfest Ram, or the new Dragonriding mount customization.

Trading Post Rewards and Activities

Brewfest 2023 also introduces new rewards and activities associated with WoW's Trading Post. The Homebrewer's Sampling Crest back piece, a Brewfest-themed reward, is available in September's Trading Post catalog for 500 Trader’s Tender. Moreover, by defeating Coren Direbrew and collecting 600 Brewfest Prize Tokens, players can earn a whopping 400 points towards completing their Traveler’s Log tasks for September.

Brewfest in Wrath of the Lich King Classic

For those who enjoy the nostalgia of WoW Classic, there's good news! Players can also partake in Brewfest festivities in Wrath of the Lich King Classic. With the Fall of the Lich King update set to launch on October 10, Brewfest provides the perfect opportunity for players to immerse themselves in activities before the grand update.

Join the Celebration

Whether you're a seasoned WoW player or a newcomer, Brewfest 2023 promises a blend of tradition and novelty. From Orgrimmar to Ironforge, the festivities beckon players to join in, earn fantastic rewards, and celebrate the spirit of Brewfest.

Conclusion

Brewfest 2023 in World of Warcraft is more than just an in-game event. It's a celebration of community, tradition, and the joy of gaming. So, gear up, gather your friends, and dive into a world of dragons, brews, and endless fun!
