World of Warcraft players apparently do not have to wait for Patch 12.1.5 to begin filling their houses with Brewfest furniture. Blizzard has quietly activated the new Holiday Decor vendors on live servers, weeks before the seasonal Housing system was expected to arrive properly. Their full inventories are not available yet, but both faction neighborhoods already have vendors selling the Traditional Brewfest Stein and Brewfest Crate for 100 gold each.
That is a surprisingly early start. Only two days ago, we covered the Patch 12.1.5 PTR discovery of Brewfest and Hallow’s End Housing decorations, where the new seasonal vendors appeared to be part of the upcoming update. Blizzard has now pushed at least the vendor framework and two items onto live servers ahead of the patch.
If you have been looking for another excuse to buy mugs and crates for your virtual house, Azeroth has provided one.
Where to Find the Alliance Holiday Housing Vendor
Alliance players can find Holly Twinklebright in Founder’s Point.
The current coordinates are:

Holly is located just south of the neighborhood portal. From the portal, head toward the Town Center and look for the first normal house on the left side of the road. Do not head to the lighthouse; this is one of those WoW directions where “the ordinary house beside the magical neighborhood portal” is somehow the precise option.
At the moment, Holly sells:
- Traditional Brewfest Stein — 100 gold
- Brewfest Crate — 100 gold
Both are Housing decor items and can be purchased immediately on live servers.
Where to Find the Horde Holiday Housing Vendor
Horde players have their own equivalent vendor, Jolli Maxiboom, in Razorwind Shores.
The coordinates are:

Jolli can be found south of the neighborhood portal. Head down the ramp toward the Common area and look for the first house containing a Decor vendor on the right side of the road.
Her current live inventory is the same:
- Traditional Brewfest Stein — 100 gold
- Brewfest Crate — 100 gold
So there is currently no faction advantage beyond which neighborhood you happen to be wandering around while wondering why a beer crate now counts as character progression.
The Full Brewfest Inventory Is Not Live Yet
The important distinction is that these vendors do not currently have their full holiday inventories.
On the Patch 12.1.5 PTR, the Brewfest vendor also lists several decorations purchased with Brewfest Prize Tokens, including:
- Brewfest Fence
- Brewfest Fencepost
- Hanging Brewfest Wreath
- Traditional Brewfest Banner
Those additional items are not part of the current live inventory. Blizzard appears to have enabled the permanent vendor location and two gold-priced starter items first, with the seasonal inventory expected to expand when Brewfest begins.
Brewfest runs from September 20 through October 6, 2026, so we are still almost two weeks away from the event itself. That makes the vendor activation particularly useful for anyone planning a Brewfest-themed build in advance.

Hallow’s End Decor Should Follow Later
The same vendors are also being used on the PTR for Hallow’s End.
That seasonal inventory is considerably larger, with more than twenty currently datamined decorations including Jack-o’-Lanterns, candy buckets, Scarecrow Pepe, the Horrific Head of the Horseman, spooky lighting and various Heartsbane ritual pieces.
Hallow’s End begins on October 19, so none of that catalogue is expected to appear immediately. But the fact that Holly Twinklebright and Jolli Maxiboom are already standing in live neighborhoods means players now know exactly where to check when the calendar changes.
This continues a broader trend we have been watching since Housing launched. Neighborhood Endeavors already encourage players to visit other neighborhoods for themed vendors, while Cursed Keepsake rewards can change depending on which neighborhood you complete the weekly activity in. Housing is increasingly turning Azeroth’s old event systems into another layer of collectible progression.
Two Decorations for 200 Gold Is an Easy Start
For now, there is no complicated currency grind attached to the live items.
One Traditional Brewfest Stein and one Brewfest Crate cost a combined 200 gold. You can buy them before Brewfest begins and start incorporating them into a tavern, beer garden, kitchen or whatever other architectural decision seemed reasonable when you bought a plot of land.
Compared with some of Patch 12.1.5’s other collector expenses, that is remarkably civilized. the fully upgraded Sporebearer Fungal Strider costs seven million gold, while the Trading Post continues finding new and imaginative ways to consume every Trader’s Tender you intended to save.
Two hundred gold for some festive furniture almost feels charitable.
Blizzard Has Started the Holiday Housing System Early
The bigger story here is not the price of one beer stein.
Blizzard has effectively begun rolling out holiday-specific Housing infrastructure before Patch 12.1.5 itself. The vendor locations are live, the first items can already be purchased and the PTR tells us considerably larger seasonal inventories are waiting behind them.
So if you want the first Brewfest Housing pieces, you do not need to wait until September 20.
