For any classes that cant get to Lich King in ICC because of the healing boss Valithria, you can skip it! If you have engineering of course.
This was recorded after my clear of ICC, so the trash will be there and you will be able to kill sindragosa once the trash has been killed.
Yes this does activate the portal to Lich King when you kill Sindragosa (after professor and Blood queen are killed), So you can kill Lich King with out needing to kill Valithria!
Theory - Might work the same if you have a class with Slow fall... Mage/Priest
